What is a Noctilune?

A Noctilune isn’t just a piece.

It’s a moment that belongs to the night.

It’s that quiet hour when the world softens, and sounds seem to carry farther.
When thoughts turn into melodies before you even realize you’re playing.

For me, a Noctilune is not about darkness, but about the light that survives within it.
It’s where the fragile and the eternal meet — like a whisper that somehow keeps echoing.

The second one, Noctilune No.2, comes out today. Yes, before the first.
It’s for piano and bandoneon — two instruments breathing together in the dark.

Not quite a Nocturne, but certainly inspired by it.
