The truth

To speak the truth, one must first be free from self-consciousness.

In other words:

Truth begins where self-consciousness ends.

The self wants to shape, to impress, to be remembered.
But truth asks only to be revealed.

Where the self interferes, truth is distorted.

It becomes performance. Decoration. Strategy.

Only in absence, when the need to be seen dissolves,
can truth move freely.

In music, too, clarity comes when the self withdraws.
When sound is not controlled, but allowed.

Not expression, but transmission.

What remains is not the self.
What remains is the truth.
