The best time is Now
The hardest part of creating isn’t the art itself—it’s getting started.
Whether it’s painting, writing, filming, or making music, doubt often sneaks in, whispering reasons to wait.
It´s been what feels like an eternity since the Christmas holidays started. If it weren´t for our daughter, there would´ve been no vacations, we would´ve kept on going. But this holiday season was magical in so many ways that I´m grateful for them.
The downside: now that the holidays are over and our daughter is going back to school, we have to get into shape again. Meaning, that our workflow has completely stopped.
As artists, sometimes this appears terribly hard to get over.
Real creators, however, don’t sit around waiting for inspiration to strike. They show up.
The first word, shot, or note might be messy, but the beauty of creation lies in the process, not the perfection.
Art doesn’t demand flawless execution; it demands persistence.
It doesn´t matter if you're sick, tired, sad, bored, uninspired… or if you´ve just finished your vacation.
Some of my best work sprung out of terribly boring moments.
So, the best time to start is always now.
Have a nice day,
Claudio.
