Success
“You don’t believe in the sun. You know it’s there.”
That line is from Osho — and while he wasn’t talking about success, I think it applies.
Success is one of those words people throw around without agreeing on what it actually means.
For some, it’s a number in a bank account. For others, it’s freedom, family, mastery, or peace of mind. Each version is valid. Each one costs something.
A few people land on it by accident. But most who get there do so because, long before they had any proof, they knew it was possible. Not hoped. Not wished. Knew.
That kind of knowing carries you through the days when everything collapses.
When you’re doing your best and it’s still not enough.
When the silence is louder than the applause.
Belief — the quiet kind — is what keeps you from walking away.
It’s the invisible engine behind every so-called “overnight success.”
It doesn’t need permission, evidence, or approval. Just persistence.
Sometimes I think that the real definition of success is:
Continuing, even when no one else sees what you see.
When I began seriously playing and studying music, I was probably too old, I was almost 13 years old. Most professional musicians started as early as 5, 4, or even 3 years old.
But I knew it was possible. This drive has gotten me through many dark times.
I´ve been making a living out of music for decades. I guess I was right.
Have a nice day,
Claudio.
