Where has my life gone...
“He sighs when he passes through that street and sees that same old fence.
With some effort, he can still imagine her standing right behind it, nibbling the chocolate he had brought her while he clumsily recites his love poems to her keen ears.
The skies above look just the same. The gate still stands, a bit rustier. But Alina is there no more.
Where has my life gone, Alina?”
Lately, I´ve been concentrating a lot on my short piano pieces.
Because they´re like little pills. Tiny microcosmoses of life.
They´re inspired by stories. Just like the story of Alina and her youthful lover.
Some stories are borrowed. Others are my own. I´ll seldom reveal that information…
But the most pure content coming from me is in the music. I know that Alina is a special piece. It´s simple. It makes me imagine. It makes me cry.
Not many people have heard it yet, mainly because I´ve published it under a pseudonym. Don´t ask me why…
But among those few that have, many ask me for the score.
So here are two things.
First thing first: Here you can listen to Alina.
Second. Here is the SCORE.
You´re welcome.
Claudio.
