Instructions for living a life

Hi there.

I’d like to share a very short poem by Mary Oliver. It’s called “Instructions for living a life.”

Instructions for living a life:

Pay attention.

Be astonished.

Tell about it.

That´s what I try to do with every piece I write. Pay attention to a feeling, be astonished by it, and tell about it through sound instead of words.
