I´ll announce some concerts
Soon I´ll be performing many concerts again, after a month's break.
Not really a break since I´ve been working really hard on a million things (as usual), but just a break from the concert scene.
Next week I´ll offer a bandoneon solo concert near Valencia, Spain, playing music by Bach and Piazzolla. If you happen to be in Valencia and want to come, the link to buy tickets is right here. It´s an intimate setting and there are not many seats available anymore, so I would hurry a bit…
I´ll be performing a few times in Germany as well in October, once in Amsterdam, also in Madrid, Vasque Country, and later on the Canary Islands.
I´ll announce a few of these later on.
Playing a concert is such a thrilling event. You prepare so much for it, countless hours of daily practice that never really end, since once you finish a concert you have to keep preparing for the next.
In this regard, there are no weekdays or weekends for musicians. We practice anytime we can.
But every second of practice feels that it is worth it when you get that magical feeling onstage. It doesn´t always happen, but when it does, it´s the moment we artists live for.
Arthur Rubinstein called it a “moment of eternity”.
I quite like that expression, a moment of eternity. I can´t think of a better way to describe it.
Let´s hope a few of those moments come in my next concerts. I´m up for it :)
Have a great day.
Claudio.
