"I am..."

Yesterday, I came across a video fragment from an interview that made me stop and think for a while.

A young man named Bob Proctor (young at the time of the interview, he died not long ago well past the age of 80) was speaking about who or what we actually are.

Read: who we actually are.

And the fact is, most people can´t say who they are.

You can say your name is John Doe. But, as Mr. Proctor said, John and Doe are two words put together.

You are not your body either. Your body belongs to you. You don´t say “I body”. You say, “MY body”.

You don´t even say “I consciousness”, you say MY consciousness.

Your body, your consciousness, your name, your degrees, your life experience, they all belong to you. But they are not you.

So, what are you?

That´s homework for a lifetime.

Have a great day.

Claudio.
